Acceptable use of KuvStudio

1. Scope and your responsibility

This AUP applies to every prompt, uploaded reference, product asset, generated image or video, edit, export, and other use of KuvStudio. It applies whether content is kept private, downloaded, published, or shared with another person.

You are responsible for your inputs, instructions, outputs, and intended use. You must review generated content before publishing it and comply with applicable law, marketplace rules, and our Terms of Use. Attempting to create prohibited content is a violation even if generation is blocked or the content is never published.

2. Content standards and prohibited categories

You may not upload, request, generate, edit, distribute, or facilitate any of the following content through KuvStudio:

1. Sexual or NSFW content. Pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual nudity, fetish content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexualized content involving a minor is always covered by the stricter child-safety prohibition below.
2. Graphic violence or gore. Content that depicts, celebrates, or instructs severe physical injury, torture, dismemberment, mutilation, graphic death, or cruelty, including realistic gore intended to shock, threaten, or harass.
3. Hate or targeted dehumanization. Content that attacks, threatens, dehumanizes, promotes exclusion of, or praises violence against a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, disability, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, serious disease, or another protected characteristic.
4. Child sexual abuse material and other child-unsafe content. Any real, generated, edited, or illustrated sexual content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18; grooming or sexual exploitation of minors; instructions that facilitate abuse; or content that places a child in a sexualized, exploitative, or seriously dangerous context. This prohibition applies even when the content is fictional or no real child is identifiable.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation, and deceptive identity use. Content that uses a real person's face, voice, likeness, identity, credentials, or apparent endorsement without authorization in order to deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, influence, or mislead viewers about authenticity. Clearly disclosed, lawful parody or authorized editing must still respect privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement. Content that copies, counterfeits, or misuses protected artwork, photographs, characters, logos, packaging, trade dress, trademarks, or other intellectual property without the rights or permission required for the intended use. Do not use KuvStudio to falsely imply sponsorship, affiliation, or product authenticity.

3. Other prohibited conduct

• Do not use KuvStudio for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, scams, extortion, threats, harassment, or instructions that meaningfully facilitate wrongdoing.
• Do not conceal or misrepresent the source or purpose of content in order to manipulate consumers, elections, financial decisions, medical decisions, or public-safety information.
• Do not probe, bypass, disable, or evade content filters, rate limits, account restrictions, provider safeguards, or other abuse-prevention controls.
• Do not coordinate repeated violations through multiple accounts, automated requests, or third parties.

4. Platform content moderation

KuvStudio uses a combination of automated safety controls, safeguards supplied by our AI and infrastructure providers, user reports, and risk-based human review. These measures may evaluate prompts, uploads, outputs, account activity, and relevant technical metadata to detect prohibited content, abuse patterns, or attempts to evade safeguards.

Not every prompt, upload, or output is manually reviewed before generation or release. Automated systems can make mistakes and may block permitted content or fail to identify a violation. When a report, provider signal, or detected risk warrants further investigation, authorized reviewers may examine the relevant content and account records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may block a request, prevent an output from being delivered, restrict sharing or download, preserve relevant records, or place an account under review while we assess a credible safety, legal, or abuse concern.

5. Reporting prohibited content

Report a suspected violation by emailing support@kuvstudio.com with the subject AUP Report. Include the KuvStudio account or project identifier, relevant URL or generation identifier, the policy category involved, a concise description, and any non-sensitive evidence that helps us locate and evaluate the content. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or unrelated personal information.

Urgent threats and child-safety reports

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services before contacting KuvStudio. If a report may involve child sexual abuse material, do not download, copy, screenshot, email, or otherwise redistribute the material. Send only the URL, account, project, or generation identifiers needed to locate it, and report it to the appropriate national child-protection hotline or law-enforcement authority. We may preserve and report apparent child sexual abuse material or imminent threats to the appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

6. Enforcement actions

We assess the nature and severity of the content, actual or potential harm, intent, account history, repeated violations, and attempts to evade safeguards. Depending on those factors, KuvStudio may take one or more of the following actions:

• Reject or stop a generation request and explain the applicable restriction when appropriate.
• Issue a warning or require removal or correction of specific content.
• Remove content or disable access to an upload, output, project, sharing link, or feature.
• Temporarily restrict generation, export, sharing, or other account capabilities while a review is pending.
• Suspend or permanently terminate an account for serious, repeated, or evasive violations.
• Preserve records, respond to valid legal process, or report conduct to providers or competent authorities when required or permitted by law.

Severe violations, including apparent child sexual abuse material, credible threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deliberate large-scale abuse, may result in immediate restriction or termination without a prior warning. Enforcement under this AUP does not limit any other remedy available under the Terms of Use or applicable law.

7. Appeals and review

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, email support@kuvstudio.com with the subject AUP Appeal. Include your account email, the affected project or generation identifier, the enforcement notice, and a clear explanation with any relevant rights or authorization evidence. Do not recreate or resend prohibited material as part of an appeal.

We will review the available moderation, account, and security information and may uphold, narrow, reverse, or modify the action. An appeal does not automatically pause a restriction where continued access could create legal, safety, or security risk.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this AUP as KuvStudio's generation features, safety controls, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
