How KuvStudio handles information

1. Scope

This Policy applies to KuvStudio.com, the Studio workspace, image and video generation workflows, project and asset pages, account surfaces, checkout flows, support interactions, and related APIs or embedded services.

2. Information we collect

A. Information you provide

• Account details such as your email address, sign-in information, and profile preferences.
• Product images, reference videos, prompts, workflow settings, channel selections, templates, and export choices.
• Project names, asset metadata, generation feedback, support requests, and other information you choose to submit.

B. Product and technical information

• Generation status, project identifiers, credits, download activity, and asset versions needed to operate the workspace.
• Device, browser, approximate region, request logs, and security signals used for reliability, analytics, and abuse prevention.
• Cookies and local storage used for authentication, onboarding state, and product continuity.

C. Billing and provider information

When you start a paid checkout, we may process your selected plan, billing cycle, account email, checkout identifiers, and subscription state. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout rather than stored as raw card data by KuvStudio.

3. How we use information

• To authenticate accounts and provide projects, assets, generations, downloads, and saved workflow settings.
• To process uploaded product media and prompts through the selected image or video generation providers.
• To calculate credits, manage plans, deliver exports, and provide customer support.
• To prevent spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security misuse.
• To troubleshoot, measure performance, improve quality, and develop new ecommerce workflows.

4. When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate KuvStudio, including with:

• Cloud storage and delivery providers used to store or serve uploaded and generated assets.
• AI generation providers used to process an image, video, prompt, or reference selected by you.
• Authentication, analytics, anti-abuse, email, and infrastructure providers.
• Payment providers when you start or manage a paid checkout or subscription.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Storage and retention

Uploaded and generated media may be stored in project asset storage so you can preview, regenerate, download, and manage your work. We retain account, project, billing, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse.

You may request deletion of eligible account or project data. Deleting local browser data does not necessarily delete server-side assets, and deleting an account may be subject to backup, legal, or financial-record retention requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data and media. No online service is completely secure, so do not upload confidential material unless you are authorized to use it and accept the risks of online processing.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can update account information and remove eligible projects or assets through the product.
• You can clear browser cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification where applicable.

8. Children's privacy

KuvStudio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the public website.

9. International processing

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
