Terms for using KuvStudio

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using KuvStudio, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What KuvStudio is

KuvStudio is an AI-assisted ecommerce content workspace for turning product images and references into listing-ready photos, background variations, resized exports, and short product videos.

For supported generative routes, KuvStudio currently configures GPT-4o Image by OpenAI for AI image generation and Veo 3 Fast by Google DeepMind for AI product-video generation. Both are delivered through Kie.ai. See the complete AI model disclosure for configured model IDs and workflow scope.

Features, models, output formats, limits, and integrations may change as the service evolves. We may add, remove, pause, or revise a feature at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account.

Do not impersonate another person, share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, or attempt to access another user's projects, assets, credits, or billing state.

4. Your inputs and responsibilities

You are responsible for the product images, videos, prompts, logos, trademarks, and other material you upload or use with KuvStudio.

• You must have the rights and permissions needed to process the material.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.
• You must review generated content before publishing it in a listing, advertisement, or client deliverable.
• You remain responsible for marketplace rules, product claims, disclosures, and advertising compliance.

You grant KuvStudio a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and outputs as necessary to provide generation, storage, previews, exports, moderation, support, and security functions.

5. Plans, credits, billing, and refunds

KuvStudio may offer free trials, credit-based usage, subscriptions, or other paid plans. The plan page and checkout surface show the applicable price, limits, renewal cadence, output rights, and included usage.

Hosted checkout and subscription management may be handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the cadence shown at purchase until cancelled, subject to the provider's terms and any cancellation controls available in your account.

Except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, paid charges are non-refundable. Billing questions can be sent to support@kuvstudio.com with your account email and checkout details.

6. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and contains the complete content standards, moderation process, reporting channel, enforcement actions, and review process.

• Use KuvStudio only in lawful ways and for authorized commercial or personal work.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, probe, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not bypass authentication, credit limits, rate limits, payment controls, or anti-abuse protections.
• Do not use generated content to impersonate people, deceive shoppers, or infringe another party's rights.
• Do not use the service to create content that violates applicable law or platform policy.

7. AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, unavailable, or different from your instructions. Product details, colors, labels, text, people, and physical attributes may be altered or represented incorrectly.

You are responsible for reviewing each output before publishing, downloading, selling, or delivering it. KuvStudio does not guarantee that an output satisfies a marketplace's image, advertising, or product-claim requirements.

8. Intellectual property

KuvStudio's brand, interface, copy, code, and service materials belong to KuvStudio or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing service from the product itself without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and your plan, you may use generated outputs for your own listings, campaigns, and client work. You remain responsible for checking third-party rights in your inputs and for any restrictions disclosed by a provider or plan.

9. Third-party services

KuvStudio may use cloud storage, CDN delivery, AI generation providers, analytics, authentication, anti-abuse tools, email providers, and payment processors. Your use of connected services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Availability and interruptions

KuvStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, successful generation, perfect output quality, or that any model, integration, or feature will remain available.

We may suspend or terminate access when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, provider issues, non-payment, or product changes.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KuvStudio disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, content, or business opportunity related to the service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
